Vacuum the rug once or twice a week. If any thread pops out, do not pull it. Gently cut it with a pair of scissors. Do not use any scrub or a hard brush. Professional Cleaning is recommended.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

–  Received the wrong item.
–  Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
–  Item had defects.
–  Over delivery time.
–  The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

2. Colors may differ slightly due to photography lighting and screen variations.

NOTE ON COLOR AND SIZE:

All of our rugs are handmade and may have a slight variation in size, typically within 2-3 inches. For exact size information, please reach out to us.

All our rugs are made by hand. Its work is often done by hand, whatever time we take to make rugs from you is sufficient for us, but sometimes due to labor health or bad weather or raw material used in rugs is not available on time or any other reason. It may take 10-20 days more than your quoted time.
